Anata To...
After seeing Takizawa Nonami in this DVD, all I can say is…
Wow.
I’ve always been a big fan of Nonami, but she simply looks unbelievable in Anata to…. I’m not only speaking from the horny-guy, Jesus-H-Christ-that’s-a-hot chick perspective here but simply from an aesthetic one as well: Nonami is a vision of pure, unadulterated beauty from beginning to end. As anyone who’s even vaguely familiar with my ramblings knows I think Nemoto Harumi is the most beautiful creature in all of existence. Well, move over Nemo-chan. It looks like you’re going to have to share your throne with Nonami. And, y’know, if there’s not enough room on there for both of you in there, maybe she can sit on your lap. Then Hanai Miri comes in dressed as a maid and….
Ahem. But I digress. Let’s take look at the Anata To… in a little more depth. In short – if this is not the best idol DVD of 2006, it’s easily in the top three. Running at roughly one hour, it contains 12 tracks on the main disc and each track is a gem of pure gravure idol goodness. But, for the sake of completeness, let’s nitpick: the three obvious drawbacks here are debatable. First off is the background score: not to say that’s bad, just bland – the music does it job well enough and isn’t intrusive, but doesn’t really do that much too enhance the scenes either. Secondly is the pacing from track to track is very similar throughout the disc, but when the tracks are this good, it’s not that noticeable. Finally, the wardrobe is a tad on the unimaginative side – bikinis account for about 80% of all the costuming in Anata To… But, let’s face it… it’s the classic gravure idol outfit and Nonami looks so good in them that this particular drawback is really grasping at straws.
The first three glamour tracks have Nonami in differing bikinis. The first track has Nonami at the seaside in a red bikini doing the hyper-idol thing – lots of gratuitous bouncing/jiggling, cleavage shots and feminine smiles and expressions throughout. This is one the smallest bikini tops I’ve ever seen Nonami-chan wearing and her beautiful breasts are constantly on the verge of bursting free. She is absolutely adorable here with her body language and eye contact – she has always been very good about creating a rapport with the viewer each scene proves that. Next up the crew has Nonami against a lot of foliage and trees in an earth tone bikini. A much slower pace than the first scene but still has sort of upbeat energy to it (Nonami gives a lot of sidelong, quick smiles to the camera) and great shots of Nonami. And the bikini? I think the top is slightly smaller that the initial track. That has to be some kind of bikini engineering feat. In the third track, the bikini has changed to blue but the top has gone back to a more normal size (for a gravure idol) but still squishes Nonami’s huge boobs together to form some wonderful cleavage. The setting is a small waterfall and stream and the overall feel of scene is somewhat melancholy – but somehow Nonami pulls it off but still manages to look devastatingly beautiful.
The next two tracks have her in the same outfit in two different settings. She has a matching set of panties and a strapless bra on and is nice and wet – if this doesn’t make you sit funny, you’re either not attracted to women or you’re dead. The first scene has her posing and vamping on a balcony overlooking a rocky seashore. For some reason, the director decided to use really saturate the image and the effect is almost monochrome. The following scene has Nonami in a bathtub and applies the same filter. Nonami just oozes sex in these two scenes. Not much else to be said. Get ready for that cold show afterwards. The only real problem here is that these two tracks are really just once scene (the costuming, camera work, music and mood are basically the same), so it did seem a little long.
Next, Nonami’s in a nightie – her least revealing costume yet. Bear in mind she’s been wearing almost next to nothing. Despite that, her outfit is designed to show off her huge boobs, so you needn’t worry on that account. In a hotel room, she plays around on the bed, teasing the viewer. The scene is, in a way, almost romantic… Nonami looks alternately looks very cute, then shy and back again, like she is on her first vacation with her lover. She still looks incredibly sexy and the camera gets some incredible cleavage/boob shots, but she’s very endearing here. From endearing to holy-crap-those-are-incredible-tits, we find our goddess back at the beach in the next scene. She’s now wearing a one piece swimsuit which is cut open at the front and is backless. Nonami wraps her boobs around a log, slips her hands under the fabric (teasingly close to her boobs), arches her back to display her mammaries and just generally teases the hell out of the view. Speaking of that cold shower I mentioned earlier, if you’ll excuse me….
Okay. That’s better. Nonami’s back at the beach in the blue bikini next in a fairly slow moving scene which is probably the worst scene on the disc. That’s not to say it’s bad, just quite, mundane when compared the others. It’s pleasant and she looks heart achingly gorgeous, but it’s pretty run of the mill for the gravure idol genre. From pretty good to my favourite Nonami scene of all time: still at the beach, Nonami’s doing the cute bouncy thing this time. She’s wearing some bikini bottoms and a very loose top which is cute wide open at the front. If it weren’t for double sided tape, her big boobs would be flopping all over the place. Great energy from Nonami here and she really connects with the viewer – a real sense of sexy fun. We’re still at the beach in at next track, but as opposed to frolicking along the shore, Nonami fools around in the surf. Wearing a orangebikini and a transparent white top – which gets wonderfully clingy when she’s play around in the water – Nonami looks incredible here and teases us by partially submerging in the surf with a generous amount of cleavage peeking over the water surface then bursting out of the water. This scene is not terribly imaginative or original, but is a great track nonetheless.
The final two tracks don’t take place at the beach surprisingly enough. The first one has Nonami wearing some waif-ish clothes and a short wig… kind of a bob cut. In anycase, she’s in what looks like kind of a low class apartment bedroom – she rolls around on the bed and looses her clothes in the process revealing matching black pair of bra and panties. Then, in the final part of the scene, she is completely topless, at first lying on her front, then kneeling on the bed, grasping her discarded clothes over chest, glancing over her shoulder at the camera wantonly. The final track is… well… it’s sort of a music video. The vocals on the track are Nonami – not a great voice, but I’ve heard worse. Anyways, as a music video, this one tends to cut rapidly from shot-to-shot, so it’s fine for what it is, but we never get more than some very quick glances of Nonami’s killer body (but, man, she knows how to fill out a tank top) – most of the time its shots of her face. If you’ve had your eyes glued to other parts of her anatomy, here’s your chance to fully admire exactly what kind of an absolute Venus Nonami is. Pure, unadulterated beauty. This track also serves as the closing credits. Aside from the required making of track (she’s pretty low-key compared to other idols in these things) and a few minor, uninteresting extras, that’s the whole disc.
You may have noticed that I didn’t really mention the camera work and technical details very much. That’s because there’s no need to: except where specifically mentioned, every scene was incredibly well shot, the lighting always worked, and the wardrobe and makeup departments produced excellent results. Aside from an A-class idol, Anata to… had an A-class crew behind the scenes.
Am I hyping this thing up too much? Maybe. All I know is that Anata to… is quite possibly the best idol DVD of 2006 as far as I am concerned, and is must purchase for any fan of Nonami, large breasts, and/or beautiful women. Highly recommended with no reservations whatsoever.
