Perfect Collection
While I realise there are only so many permutations on the girl-in-bikini genre (before you start heading off into the realms of softcore porn), every time I watch a Matsugane Yôko video I get a really strong sense of deja vu: Haven't I seen this exact scene before? Wasn't she wearing that outfit in one of her other DVDs? Didn't she do the same routine earlier? If it wasn't that Yoko-chan has a really cute face and some of the nicest breasts in the world, it wouldn't be worth sitting through it all again, but somehow, she makes it worth it. Just don't think you're getting anything new here.
Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first: as mentioned, there's nothing here that you haven't seen before if you've ever seen a Yoko vid: there are a couple of prerequisite bouncing scenes (using a skip rope and running along a beach), the shower scene, the waterfall scene, and Yoko lounging on a couch. The wardrobe used is fairly flattering, and, as is the standard for these things, a size or two too small in the chest area to further enhance Yoko's already impressive bust line. The other main gripe is the camera work here is occasionally very shaky and amateurish - you could get some serious motion sickness if you've got a weak stomach.
Otherwise, it's business as usual here for Yoko. She frolics, she plays around, she pouts and poses, all the while doing her best to ignore the camera as it zooms in for close up after close up of her breasts. The scenes are quite short, maybe about three minutes a piece, so things progress fairly rapidly. Here's a quick rundown of the scenes:
Things start off with Yoko in gold bikini standing around on the porch of a house, doing the sultry thing. After that, we get a brief interview with Yoko where she chats away about various things. Then we get the first of two bouncy scenes, wherein Yoko proves that, aside from being a wonder to behold when in motion, she can't jump rope very well. At one point she somehow manages to smack herself pretty hard in the head and seems to be in pain (an odd choice to remain in the DVD). Following the jump rope incident, we get Yoko in a purple bikini in an abandoned house, followed by a waterfall scene where she wears a black slip and gets nice and slippery in the water. Absolutely beautiful scenery in this shot.
After that we get some photo shoot scenes, and then onto Yoko-chan showering outdoors in a very small bikini and a wet, see-through shirt. Nice. Yoko's back indoors, reclining on a couch in some lingerie for the next scene. Yoko in what appears to be a swamp next and then back on the porch of the house reclining in a chair. Another photo shoot follows this, and then we come to the second bouncy scene with Yoko running on the beach in a light blue bikini. She plays around in the water a bit, and bends over as the camera zooms in on her breasts repeatedly. Next is Yoko posing on some stair in a polka dot bikini - okay, but nothing too spectacular. Yoko's off to the bedroom next, and in an actually interesting wardrobe choice, she rolls around on the bed wearing a bikini bottom and what appears to be a piece of white cloth tied haphazardly around her chest... she comes dangerously close to spilling out several times in this scene. Finally, we get a last photo shoot scene, Yoko and the crew pack up and the DVD is over.
Overall, a worthy purchase for Yoko fans, who will eat this up - but be warned that there is nothing on this disc you haven't seen before here. The camera work also is also a huge drawback in some scenes. It's hard to fully recommend this one over any other Yoko DVD, but it stands on its own merits quite well.
